Important Notice
Swimsuits, bikinis and swimwear are products with a high degree of health and hygiene sensitivity. The right of withdrawal may not be exercised, and returns and exchanges are not accepted, for products whose hygiene strip, protective packaging or similar protective elements have been opened, removed or damaged. Statutory rights relating to defective or faulty products are reserved.


1. General Information

As Arinna Swimwear, we value customer satisfaction. This Return, Exchange and Right of Withdrawal Policy has been prepared to explain the return, exchange, right-of-withdrawal and defective-product processes applicable to orders placed through www.arinnaswimwear.com.

Customers who place orders through www.arinnaswimwear.com are deemed to have read and accepted this Policy, the Distance Sales Contract and the Pre-Information Form prior to placing their order.


2. Right of Withdrawal

Within the scope of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, consumers in distance sales have, as a rule, the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal notice must be submitted in writing to arinna@arinnaswimwear.com within the 14-day period.

However, certain products fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal by reason of their nature. For products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised if, after the product has been delivered, the packaging, hygiene strip, protective tape, seal, package or similar protective elements have been opened, removed or damaged.


3. Products Within the Scope of the Hygiene Exception

Swimsuits, bikinis, bikini bottoms, bikini tops, tankinis, swimwear and similar products offered for sale by Arinna Swimwear that come into direct contact with the body are products with a high degree of health and hygiene sensitivity.

For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • the product’s hygiene strip, protective packaging, protective tape, seal, package or similar protective element has been opened, removed, torn or damaged;
  • the product has been tried on, used, washed, stained, has absorbed odours, has been deformed, or has lost its suitability for resale;
  • the product’s labels, accessories, packaging or complementary parts are missing;
  • the product fails to meet hygiene and resale conditions due to cosmetics, deodorant, perfume, cream, oil, make-up, sweat, stains or similar causes;
  • for products sold as a set, any part of the set has become non-compliant with hygiene conditions or suitability for resale.

Withdrawal requests for products whose hygiene strip and protective elements have not been removed, that have not been used, washed, that still bear their labels, are in their original packaging and are suitable for resale, are assessed following a suitability check carried out after the product reaches us.

Products found, as a result of the suitability check, not to meet the hygiene, packaging, label or resale conditions will not be accepted for return.


4. Exchange Policy

Arinna Swimwear does not carry out size, colour or model exchanges.

Customers are advised to carefully review the product descriptions, the size chart and the measurement guide before placing an order. Customers who wish to receive assistance with size selection may contact us at arinna@arinnaswimwear.com prior to placing an order.

For eligible products, the process is carried out as a return and refund within the scope of the right of withdrawal, rather than as an exchange. Customers who wish to purchase a new product must place a separate new order.

No exchange is made for products within the scope of the hygiene exception or that do not meet the conditions stated above.


5. Defective or Faulty Products

The hygiene-based exception to the right of withdrawal does not remove the consumer’s statutory rights where the product is delivered defective or faulty.

If you believe that the product has a manufacturing defect, deficiency, tear, stitching error, printing error, that the wrong product was sent, or that it has any other defect existing at the time of delivery, you must apply to arinna@arinnaswimwear.com without using the product and without removing the hygiene strip/protective elements.

In a defective- or faulty-product notification, the following information is requested:

  • order number;
  • name-surname and contact information;
  • description of the defect;
  • photograph and/or video showing the defect;
  • the date the product was received.

Defective-product applications are examined by Arinna Swimwear. If the product is found to be defective, the consumer’s statutory optional rights under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers are reserved.

Under the legislation, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights:

  • withdrawal from the contract;
  • requesting a price reduction proportionate to the defect;
  • requesting free repair;
  • where possible, requesting replacement of the product with a defect-free equivalent.

For defective products, the return shipping cost is not charged to the consumer.


6. How to Make a Return Request

Customers who wish to make a return request within the scope of the right of withdrawal must submit a written notice to arinna@arinnaswimwear.com within 14 days from the delivery of the product.
E-mail subject line: Return Request

The e-mail should contain the following information:

  • order number;
  • name-surname;
  • telephone number;
  • the product subject to the return request;
  • reason for return;
  • the date the product was received.

After your request reaches us, our team will examine your application and provide the necessary guidance by e-mail.

The courier company and shipping instructions notified by Arinna Swimwear for the return process must be used. If a carrier other than the specified one is chosen, any additional costs that may arise may be borne by the customer.


7. Return Eligibility Check

The creation of a return request does not mean that the return is automatically accepted.

After the product reaches us, it is examined against the following criteria:

  • that the product has not been used;
  • that the product has not been washed;
  • that the product is free of stains, odours and damage;
  • that the hygiene strip, protective tape, seal, package, packaging or similar protective elements have not been opened, removed or damaged;
  • that the original labels are still attached;
  • that it has been sent together with its original packaging, accessories and complementary parts;
  • for products sold as a set, that the integrity of the set has been preserved;

that the product is in a hygienic and physical condition suitable for resale.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. The customer may be informed by e-mail, telephone or durable medium regarding products whose return is not accepted.

Products whose return is not accepted may be sent back to the customer. The reasonable re- shipping costs that may arise in this process may be charged to the customer, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory statutory rights.


8. Refunds

For products for which the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised and which are found to comply with the return conditions, the Seller refunds the payments received — including, where applicable, the cost of delivering the product to the customer — in accordance with the legislation, within 14 days from the date on which the product subject to withdrawal is delivered to the carrier notified by the Seller. If the customer returns the product through a carrier other than the one notified by the Seller, this period begins on the date the product reaches the Seller.

Refunds are made in a manner consistent with the payment instrument used by the customer at the time of purchase, without imposing any cost or obligation on the customer. The Seller is not responsible for delays arising from the bank, payment institution or card organisation.
